Storage permission never changes which jewels or puzzle arrangements you can use.
Remembering the decision
gorimavelo.space.choice.v1 records the display-preference decision together with its expiry. It remains valid for at most 90 days. The code checks that expiry on page load and removes an outdated decision and its dependent setting.
Remembering a quieter display
With optional permission, gorimavelo.space.motion.v1 holds a reduced-motion value. Necessary only removes this optional setting. It is unrelated to path length, completion counts, difficulty or the current arrangement.
The game draws no storage trail
Sketching, completing, clearing and undoing paths do not write move data into storage. All arrangements are included in the page code. No analytics or marketing cookie category is active behind these controls.
Revising permission
The footer settings button opens the same choice panel used on a first visit. You can allow preferences, keep only the decision or clear both domain-specific entries below. Changing the preference does not delete the paths visible on the open page.
A browser with closed storage
The puzzle can operate when persistent storage is unavailable. Choices then apply only to the present page, and the banner may appear again on navigation. A system reduced-motion preference is still honoured without any stored value.
